By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it — although reading them is still free.

What this site is, and what it is not

We lease, buy, sell and inspect regional aircraft. We do not operate them: we hold no air operator certificate, we fly nothing commercially and we sell no seats or flights of any kind. Nothing here is an offer of air transport, and no request through this site can be a booking.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a binding quotation, or a commitment to transact. It is an invitation to talk.

Aircraft information is indicative until it is verified

Where this site describes an aircraft, the description is indicative and subject to verification and physical inspection. Serial number, registration, hours, cycles, maintenance status, configuration and availability change — sometimes weekly — and the aircraft's own records prevail over anything published here.

None of it is a warranty of airworthiness, of condition, of title, or of registrability in any jurisdiction. Nor is it a technical specification you can rely on for a filing: for that, we give you the records.

When an aircraft is no longer available, its page stays online and says so. A page that disappears takes the history of the transaction with it, and we would rather you could still find what you read.

Enquiries, and what an answer is worth

We answer enquiries; we do not undertake to. We may decline an enquiry, and an indicative rate or price we give you in writing remains indicative until it is in a signed agreement.

Sending us a requirement creates no exclusivity, no agency and no mandate in either direction. If we take a mandate, it is a document with signatures on it.

The agreement governs, not the website

Every lease, sale, acquisition or inspection is governed exclusively by its own written agreement between the parties: the lease agreement, the purchase agreement or the engagement letter, whichever applies.

If anything on this site contradicts that agreement, the agreement wins — including where this site is more generous than the agreement is.

Regulatory matters, export control and sanctions

Aircraft transactions are subject to aviation regulation, export control, sanctions and counterparty screening in more than one jurisdiction at once, and to the requirements of the receiving registry.

Nothing on this site is an undertaking that a given transaction is permissible for a given counterparty in a given jurisdiction, and nothing here is legal, tax, financing or airworthiness advice.

Intellectual property

The text, structure, design and images of this site belong to TPC Aviation L.L.C-FZ or are used with permission. You may read, print and quote them with attribution. You may not republish them as your own, and you may not extract them in bulk — by crawler, scraper or any other automated means — for resale, for a database or for training a model, without our written permission.

Third-party names, type designations and marks that appear here belong to their owners and are used only to say what an aircraft is. Their appearance implies no endorsement, no partnership and no approval of us by anyone.

Links and outside channels

Where we link to somebody else's site, or where you reach us through WhatsApp, what happens there is governed by that provider's terms and not by ours. We choose what we link to; we do not control it.

Availability of the site

We keep the site up and correct what we find, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every country. We may change or withdraw any part of it, and a working link today is not a guarantee of one tomorrow.

If an enquiry through the form ever fails to send, the site will tell you it failed. A page that says a message was sent when it was not is a defect we take seriously, not a cosmetic issue.

Liability

To the extent the applicable law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for any loss arising from a decision taken on the basis of information published on this site rather than on the records and the agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Applicable law

These terms and any dispute about them or about the use of this site are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

Where the law of your own country of residence gives you rights that cannot be removed by agreement, this clause does not remove them.

Changes, and getting in touch

We may amend these terms. The version and date at the top change when we do, and the version in force when you use the site is the one that applies.
